All our giclée prints are produced on artist-grade archival matte paper, 9.5 mil thick. This ensures a long-lasting, high-quality print.

We offer high-quality frames made from durable wood in black and natural wood colors. They're 0.875" thick and .875" in depth, and come with gallery-quality acrylic and a pre-installed sawtooth hanger for easy mounting. Unframed prints are also available and are shipped securely in a durable cardboard tube.

The size you select is the size of the print itself. Framed prints are about 1.3" larger in width and height than the size you choose (e.g., a 16"x20" print will be 17.3"x21.36" in a frame).

Good news! We offer free shipping on all US orders. For orders to Canada and Mexico, there might be additional taxes/duties upon delivery that we don't cover. If you need a specific courier, please let us know before ordering.

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be printed and shipped. After that, standard delivery is usually 3-7 days, with most customers getting their prints within 8-12 days. We allow up to 15 days, but sometimes weather delays can affect this.

If your print hasn't had any tracking or delivery updates for over 10 days (and the address was correct), we'll send a priority replacement.

You'll need to file a claim with the courier (FedEx or UPS). Sometimes they can track it down, or we might be able to replace it if they admit fault. We can't cover replacements for items stolen after they're marked as delivered.

We'll have to wait until the order is returned to us, then we can update the address and resend it. Please note that returns are processed slower.

We really aim to get our maps right, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the map you got is different from what's shown on our product page, definitely get in touch with us! We'll reprint it for you.
However, if the printed map matches what's on our site, but you see a difference from the actual airport layout, we can't offer a refund. These maps are our artistic take based on the information we find online. We do our best to be accurate, but sometimes info isn't available or up-to-date.

We try our hardest to make them as accurate as we can. To assist in the map creation, we do our best to utilize official FAA records and diagrams, but since we're also working with other online information, we can't guarantee they'll be 100% perfect.
