The SkyBird Story

SkyBirdSupply was born when my good pilot friend and I were flying into a local airport in Arkansas in his single-engine airplane. It wasn't the first airport we had flown into, as we've taken his plane all across the country. I had always marvelled at each airport's unique configuration of buildings, hangars, tarmacs, and runway/taxiways. I thought to myself, Wouldn't it be cool to put these airports on the wall?

As an aviation enthusiast, I've set out to design as many airports as possible—first on Etsy, where the idea began to take off (no pun intended), and later transitioning to a full-fledged aviation website catered to like-minded aviation lovers. At Skybird we pride ourselves on creating premium, accurate, and detailed maps showcasing each airport's unique features. From hangar placements to listed radio frequencies, it's been a blast bringing over 300 airports to life!

At SkyBird, we want to give pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and travel lovers a map they can proudly hang on their walls—a piece that commemorates their favorite airport or city.
